Devine Business Group is recruiting for a Junior Sales Representative to grow its local B2B client base in the Washington region. You will promote supplemental insurance products, build client relationships, and work with an experienced team to reach performance targets.

The role is ideal for driven individuals seeking training, mentorship, and a path to advancement. Compensation includes a weekly base draw plus uncapped commissions and performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• Strong work ethic and goal-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to obtain a Health insurance license (reimbursed available).
• A bachelor’s degree or at least four years of professional experience (post high school).
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for local business travel.
