Jaguar Collective is hiring a B2B Sales Manager in our SMB division. You will work directly with small and mid-sized business clients, receiving hands-on training to develop new business, build client relationships, and present solutions that meet client needs.

We emphasize a positive, competitive environment with travel, team events, and mentorship. Prior sales experience helps but is not required as training is provided to help you grow and take on more responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Research local markets and identify potential SMB clients.
• Connect with new prospects and develop professional business relationships.
• Conduct sales presentations and recommend solutions based on client needs.
• Build and maintain client accounts.
• Follow up with prospects and manage your sales pipeline.
• Help create marketing and social media content.
• Track individual and team performance toward goals.
• Work closely with team to improve performance and results.
• Assist with training and mentoring new team members as you advance.
