Culture Vitale is seeking a commission-based sales freelancer to drive B2B partnerships for its Sessions of Vitality, targeting HR/L&D leaders and CXOs. You will build corporate relationships, secure bookings, and develop repeat business with flexibility and independence.

You will operate as an independent contractor, with uncapped commission and the freedom to manage your schedule, while leveraging premium brand assets and proposal support.

Qualifications

• Proven B2B sales/partnerships in corporate settings.
• Comfortable with commission-only, relationship-led selling.
• Fluent English; other languages a bonus (FR/DE).

Responsibilities

• Prospect and engage corporate decision-makers (CXO, HR, L&D).
• Introduce and sell Culture Vitale's Sessions of Vitality.
• Convert conversations into bookings and nurture repeat business.
• Act as trusted commercial lead in your market.
