We are expanding in Central Florida and seeking a highly motivated Business Development Executive to drive new client acquisition, prospect, and close business. This pure business development role focuses on revenue growth while the operations team implements and supports after contract.

Qualifications

• Proven success in B2B or commercial sales environments.
• Strong prospecting, relationship-building, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized with effective time and territory management.
• Self-motivated, competitive, able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic territory growth plan to generate new business opportunities.
• Prospect and engage commercial property owners, managers, and other decision-makers.
• Generate qualified opportunities through networking, referrals, cold outreach, and prospecting.
• Deliver presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
• Manage a robust sales pipeline with accurate CRM forecasting.
• Negotiate agreements and close new business opportunities.
• Represent City Wide with professionalism and a consultative selling approach.
• Achieve or exceed sales and revenue objectives.
