Garrison Management Consulting Group LLC (GMCG) is a dynamic consulting firm dedicated to helping micro to mid-size businesses create inclusive, high-performing workplaces. Our focus is on HR change management, employee engagement strategies, leadership development, and compliance solutions. We’re seeking a Sales Broker to help us expand our client base and bring our services to businesses that need them the most.

Role Overview:

As a Sales Broker, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, building relationships with decision-makers, and promoting GMCG’s comprehensive HR solutions. This is a commission-based role ideal for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset and a strong network in small to mid-size companies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads and identify prospective clients in target industries.
  • Build and maintain relationships with business owners, HR leaders, and key decision-makers.
  • Promote GMCG’s services, including employee engagement strategies, leadership training, compliance solutions, and DEI programs.
  • Manage the sales process from initial contact to contract closure.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Provide feedback on market trends and client needs to inform GMCG’s offerings.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or brokerage, preferably in consulting or HR services.
  • Strong network in micro to mid-size businesses across various industries.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and drive results.
  • Familiarity with HR services or employee engagement strategies is a plus.
