The Role

• Earn $225,000 to $250,000+ in year one. 100% commission, uncapped

The Ideal Candidate

• Based in Kansas City. This is a full time, in person role
• At least 6 to 12 months closing in a fast, one call close sales cycle. Your most recent role can be longer cycle, but you need real short cycle closing experience at some point
• Have closed packages of at least $3,000. This is not a low ticket seat
• Driven by uncapped commission and a competitive floor, not a salary and a quota you coast to

Compensation

• $225,000 to $250,000+ established year one earnings. 100% commission, 1099, uncapped, no ceiling
• The top closer on this floor cleared $28,000 last month, $32,000 a couple months before that, and was given a Rolex as a reward for breaking records
