CertaPro Painters of Orland Park, Homewood & Kankakee County is seeking an experienced Commercial Sales & Business Development Manager to build a robust B2B sales pipeline across Chicago's south and southwest suburbs.

The role is hunter-focused, requiring you to identify target accounts, reach decision-makers, and close profitable projects. After the sale, you will act as the client relationship manager, collaborating with our Operations Manager and field team.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of successful B2B outside sales or business development.
• Proven ability to create and close opportunities you generated.
• Strong prospecting, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Build a targeted prospect list and active sales pipeline.
• Generate opportunities through cold calls, email outreach, networking, referrals, site visits.
• Develop relationships with property managers, general contractors, and decision-makers.
• Conduct site visits, pre-bid meetings, and project walk-throughs.
• Serve as client relationship manager after the sale, coordinating with operations.
