Qualifications
- Three+ years of successful B2B outside sales or business development.
- Proven ability to create and close opportunities you generated.
- Experience prospecting by phone, email, networking, and in-person outreach.
Responsibilities
- Build and manage a targeted prospect list and active sales pipeline.
- Develop relationships with property managers, general contractors, and decision-makers.
- Conduct site visits, pre-bid meetings, and project walk-throughs.
- Remain client relationship manager after sale, coordinating with operations.
