Anrok is seeking a Paid Marketing Manager to own paid acquisition as a core growth lever. You will run paid search and paid social programs end to end across Google, LinkedIn, Meta, and TikTok, with dedicated agency support and performance analytics.

This hands-on role requires strong experience in CAC/ROAS, budget management, and full-funnel paid campaigns to drive pipeline for our B2B SaaS platform. Hybrid work from our SF hubs.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience with a hands-on focus on paid acquisition.
• Direct experience running Google Search campaigns including structure and optimization.
• Strong paid social experience, especially LinkedIn, with audience targeting and testing for B2B audiences.

Responsibilities

• Own paid search end to end, including agency management, account structure, keyword strategy, bidding, ad copy, and landing page tests.
• Own paid social campaigns across LinkedIn, Meta, and TikTok and optimize for CAC and pipeline impact.
• Manage paid media budgets and pacing with weekly allocation decisions based on CAC and pipeline contribution.
• Run a rigorous testing cadence for creative, copy, audiences, and bidding with clear hypotheses.
• Partner with marketing ops, lifecycle, sales, and analytics to connect ad spend to pipeline and revenue.
• Own reporting on paid performance and present findings to leadership with clear next steps.
• Oversee paid brand investments (industry publications, podcasts, out-of-home) and scale as budget grows.
