Job summary

AiPrise is looking for a hands-on Performance Marketing Manager to own paid media end-to-end across LinkedIn, Google, Meta, Reddit, and offline tests. You’ll set budgets, build tests, and report weekly with clear numbers to the Head of Marketing, collaborating with Growth, Sales, Content and Design.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years of B2B paid campaigns, manages monthly budgets of $20K–$100K, and thinks in terms of pipeline.

Qualifications

• 4+ years running paid campaigns for B2B.
• Hands-on platform experience on at least three: LinkedIn, Google, Meta or Reddit.
• Experience managing monthly paid budgets and measuring pipeline impact.
• Comfortable with QA of numbers and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own all paid media: LinkedIn, Google, Meta, Reddit, and offline tests.
• Run test programs with budgets, hypotheses, and verdict dates.
• Develop creative briefs, landing pages, and ad assets.
• Weekly, transparent reporting of spend, leads, pipeline and SQL by channel.
• Coordinate with sales, product marketing, content and design.
• Work with AI tools for creative development and analysis.
