Job summary

FASTSIGNS Parker/Castle Rock is hiring a B2B Outside Sales Representative in Whittier, CA. You will hunt for new business, conduct on-site meetings, and guide clients from initial contact to project completion, selling signs and graphics with a focus on building lasting relationships.

The role offers a base of $22–$28 per hour plus uncapped commissions, with expected annual earnings of $75,000–$90,000. Previous signage industry experience is a bonus, training is provided.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of outside, B2B, or commission-based sales experience.
• Self-starter who thrives on cold-calling, building relationships and closing deals.
• Experience selling tangible, customized signage products is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Hunt for new business by prospecting and networking in the Whittier/LA market.
• Conduct on-site client meetings to assess needs and present signage solutions.
• Manage the sales pipeline from initial contact to project completion in CRM.
