Job summary

Avera Payments is seeking motivated, self-driven B2B Outside Sales Representatives to join our team in Tyler, TX. This is a 1099 independent contractor role with commission-only compensation and uncapped earnings potential.

You will build relationships with local business owners, present payment processing solutions, and manage your own schedule with training and ongoing support to grow residual income.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Smartphone or tablet for sales and communication.
• Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with business owners.
• Self-motivated, organized, coachable, and comfortable working independently.
• Previous sales, B2B, merchant services, or payment processing experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and connect with local business owners and decision-makers.
• Present payment processing, merchant services, and point-of-sale (POS) solutions.
• Identify opportunities for businesses to improve processing costs and service.
• Build lasting client relationships and grow a portfolio of merchant accounts.
• Manage your own schedule, sales pipeline, and business development activities.
