Devine Business Group is seeking driven, coachable individuals to launch a rewarding sales career in the local community. As a Junior Sales Representative, you will go business to business, presenting supplemental insurance products with mentorship and growth opportunities.

You'll build relationships with local businesses, represent our products with integrity, and strive to meet performance benchmarks. Compensation includes a weekly base draw, uncapped commissions, and performance bonuses.

Formación

• Strong work ethic and goal-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to obtain a Health insurance license (reimbursed available).
• Bachelor's degree or at least four years of professional experience (post high school).
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for local business travel.
• Comfortable using a smartphone, iPad, CRM systems, and digital communication tools.
