Devine Business Group is seeking driven and coachable individuals for a Junior Sales Representative role. You will go business to business, selling supplemental insurance products, with mentorship and growth opportunities.

This position offers independent contractor status, full-time scheduling with flexibility, a weekly base draw and uncapped commissions, plus training from top producers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or four years of professional experience (post high school).
• Willingness to obtain a Health insurance license (reimbursed available).
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for local business travel.
• Strong work ethic and goal-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable using a smartphone, iPad, CRM systems, and digital communication tools.
