Job summary

Devine Business Group is seeking driven individuals to launch a rewarding sales career in the local business community. As a Junior Sales Representative, you will build and nurture client relationships, represent our insurance products, and work toward performance benchmarks with mentorship.

We offer training, an independent contractor arrangement, and a path to uncapped commissions. A health-insurance license is encouraged and reimbursed when earned.

Qualifications

• Strong work ethic and goal oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to obtain a Health insurance license (reimbursed available).
• Bachelor's degree or at least four years of professional experience after high school.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for local travel.
• Comfortable using a smartphone, iPad, CRM systems and digital communication tools.
