Job summary

Canyon Creek Financial is seeking an Outside Sales Representative and Trainer to drive B2B insurance solutions, mentor new agents, and lead in-person client engagements within a local territory.

As an independent contractor, you’ll build relationships with business owners, guide teams, and manage your schedule while earning weekly base draw and uncapped commissions plus bonuses. Licensing support is provided, along with training and incentives.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of B2B sales experience.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Facilitator at heart: enjoys coaching and guiding others.
• Organized, motivated, and able to balance independence with teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Drive B2B sales by building relationships with business owners through face-to-face outreach and tailored insurance solutions.
