Nextep is seeking an energetic outside sales professional in Salt Lake City to engage business owners and leaders, understand their needs, and present tailored PEO solutions.

You’ll conduct calls, move prospects through the sales process, deliver proposals, and collaborate with internal teams to qualify opportunities; manage the sales pipeline in a CRM and stay informed on industry trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
• Some sales experience is a plus.
• Strong relationship-building and a drive to succeed.
