RISE Financial Group is seeking a Junior Sales Representative to join our in‑person, B2B sales team. You will build relationships with clients, present our supplemental insurance products, and contribute to a dynamic growth environment.

The role includes ongoing training, performance benchmarks, and pathways to leadership, with a schedule Monday to Friday and a pay range of $65,000–$85,000 annually plus bonuses. Training, licensing support, and a strong sales culture are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Willingness to obtain a Health & Life producer license (licensing reimbursement available).
• Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of post-high school experience.
