Job summary

Adastra is seeking a skilled OroCommerce Administrator in the United States to manage and optimize a B2B eCommerce platform. You will handle configurations, pricing, catalogs, workflows, and integrations to keep the back office efficient and scalable across multi-organization structures.

The role requires 2+ years of hands-on OroCommerce experience, strong PHP/Symfony/MySQL/PostgreSQL/Linux skills, and familiarity with APIs and integrations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on experience with OroCommerce (or similar platforms like OroCRM/OroPlatform).
• Strong understanding of B2B eCommerce concepts, including RFQ, CPQ, contract pricing, and multi-org structures.
• Knowledge of PHP, Symfony, MySQL/PostgreSQL, and Linux server environments.
• Experience with message queues, cron jobs, and system monitoring tools.
• Familiarity with web services, APIs, and integrations (REST, SOAP, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Manage system settings and configuration, including localization, payments, shipping, taxes, checkout processes, storefront menus, and workflows.
• Create and manage user accounts, user groups, organizations, business units, and role-based permissions for back-office and storefront users.
• Monitor jobs, message queues, and background processes, performing regular system health checks, updates, and optimizations.
• Provide first-line support and troubleshooting for business users, resolving issues related to orders, pricing, catalogs, and workflows, and collaborating with developers on advanced fixes.
• Generate and analyze system reports, oversee data import/export processes, manage third-party integrations, and support upgrades, backups, and data integrity tasks
