Responsibilities

• Order Management & Processing: Enter and process customer orders, confirm pricing and delivery timelines.
• Customer Service & Account Support: Be primary contact for B2B customers and respond to inquiries.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Align quotes, orders, and priorities with sales, fulfillment, and finance.
• Vendor & Customization Coordination: Coordinate customized product orders with external vendors.
• Shipping, Tracking & Documentation: Provide shipping updates and maintain order records.
• Process Improvement & System Utilization: Leverage ERP/CRM tools to improve workflows.
