Electric Machinery Company, a division of WEG Electric Corp, Minneapolis, MN, is seeking a Marketing Specialist to develop and execute marketing initiatives that drive growth, support sales enablement, and raise brand visibility across product lines and market segments.

The role emphasizes market intelligence, technical and commercial marketing support, digital promotion, event planning, and close collaboration with Sales and internal stakeholders to strengthen market positioning and customer

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business or equivalent experience.
2–5 years of B2B marketing, sales enablement or commercial support experience.
Ability to translate technical concepts into customer-facing messaging.
Experience with digital marketing tools and content development.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute marketing initiatives to grow business, enable sales, and boost brand visibility across product lines.
Collaborate with Sales and internal teams to strengthen market positioning and customer engagement.
Create and maintain marketing content: case studies, collateral, visuals, and digital assets.
Support product and portfolio marketing with messaging, value propositions, and documentation.
Lead or support events, campaigns, and digital promotion for demand generation.
