Lumbermens Merchandising Corporation is seeking a Marketing Specialist to support its member network of independent building material businesses. The role focuses on building strong member relationships, identifying marketing needs, and collaborating with suppliers to deliver value-added programs and resources.

You will work with the Marketing team to create content, campaigns, and educational programs that boost member engagement and program participation, driving growth across the network.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional marketing experience, B2B preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.
• Demonstrates creativity and innovative thinking when developing solutions and strategies.
• Fresh ideas and creative approaches to marketing initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of marketing principles and tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with Excel, Word, Microsoft 365, PowerPoint; Canva, Email Marketing software, Adobe Suite preferred.

Responsabilités

• Build and maintain relationships with members, serving as a trusted marketing resource.
• Proactively engage members through regular outreach and activities.
• Identify member marketing needs and recommend creative solutions and programs.
• Develop marketing campaigns and outreach strategies to increase engagement.
• Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to support programs and growth.
• Attend industry and member events to support engagement and show presence.
