MyDefence, Reston-based, is seeking a Marketing Specialist to expand our North American presence. You will bridge our global marketing with the North American team, supporting launches, campaigns, events, and customer engagement across North America and Europe in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.

The role requires hands‑on execution, strong project management, and the ability to localize messaging for a technical defense audience. Travel 15–25% expected as we grow internationally.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in B2B marketing.
• Experience marketing technical, industrial, manufacturing, aerospace, medical technology, defense, or other complex products.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Experience supporting product launches, marketing campaigns, trade shows, or sales enablement initiatives.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Collaborative, hands‑on approach and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Willingness to travel approximately 15–25% (domestic and international).

Responsibilities

• Bridge global marketing with the North American team and adapt global initiatives for local market.
• Support product launches, campaigns, and customer engagement.
• Plan and execute industry events and trade shows.
• Coordinate development of presentations, sales enablement materials, and digital content.
• Work with Product Management, Sales, Communications, and external partners to ensure consistent messaging.
• Gather market insights and customer feedback to strengthen future initiatives.
• Manage multiple marketing projects and balance priorities to meet deadlines.
