The role focuses on coordinating with international offices, managing internal marketing requests, and tailoring materials for regional needs. You will work with design, content, PR, and production teams while traveling internationally and supporting sales through strategic marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular communication with international offices on U.S. market opportunities.
• Serve as primary contact for internal marketing requests and manage their execution.
• Contribute to marketing strategy development for international markets.
• Adapt marketing materials for regional needs (presentations, one-pagers, proposals, sales collateral).
• Coordinate with industry clusters and strategic partners across countries.
• Support Sales and Business Development with materials and market insights.
• Monitor international events and share opportunities with events team.
• Develop content governance and approval workflows for U.S. team.
