Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field.
• 2+ years creating B2B marketing content for industrial/technical products.
• Ability to manage several projects in parallel with cross-functional teams.
• Ownership mentality to lead and drive projects to completion.
• Strong knowledge of marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics, marketing automation platforms, and CRM systems (NetSuite preferred).
• Skilled in copywriting and editing content with an attention to detail.
• Strong analytical skills and a knack for campaign data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Channel marketing program execution with sales teams, dealers, and distributors to drive sales pipeline across regions.
• Lead generation through campaigns; measure, optimize, and report performance weekly.
• Create social media content for LinkedIn and YouTube for Industrial and OEM lines.
• Support the management of marketing projects, including product launches and campaigns with dealer onboarding.
• Write email content for Industrial and OEM campaigns.
• Assist with event coordination for global tradeshows and exhibitions.
