Job summary

Brentwood Industries, Inc. seeks a Marketing Specialist to develop and maintain marketing strategies, manage campaigns, promotions, events, and resources to meet product line and organizational objectives.

You will collaborate with Product Line Managers, Sales, Engineering, and Customer Service to ensure consistent brand messaging, create content, monitor results, and coordinate events and budgets; occasional travel to trade shows is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Arts or Science in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience developing and managing technical marketing strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and formal presentation skills.
• Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with setting goals and interpreting/analyzing results using data.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product Line Managers, Sales, Engineering, Customer Service, and the Senior Marketing Manager to develop and implement marketing plans for products and services.
• Work with Product Marketing Manager to ensure brand messages are consistent and effective.
• Create, manage, and monitor marketing content and report on metrics.
• Research market trends and develop campaigns and strategies.
• Aid in content generation for all media platforms to meet sales needs and audiences.
• Prepare detailed event proposals including timelines, venues, vendors, staffing, budgets, and layouts.
