  • 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, healthcare marketing, demand generation, field marketing, or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience developing and executing integrated B2B marketing campaigns across multiple channels.

  • Strong blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution; comfortable moving between big-picture planning and detailed delivery.

Responsibilities

B2B Marketing Manager

Summary


We are seeking a B2B Marketing Manager who is both a strategic thinker and hands-on executor to drive growth and engagement across our provider, payer, and manufacturer audiences.


This role will lead the development and execution of integrated B2B marketing initiatives, including campaigns, sales enablement, events, email and direct outreach, and CRM programs. The B2B Marketing Manager will partner closely with sales, account management, and internal stakeholders to translate business priorities into effective marketing strategies and tools that support lead generation, customer engagement, and growth.


The ideal candidate is a proactive, highly organized marketer who can move seamlessly between strategy and execution, manage multiple priorities, and help build scalable processes as our marketing organization continues to evolve. Some travel may be required for team meetings and industry events.


What You’ll Do


  • Develop and execute integrated B2B marketing campaigns that drive referrals, engagement, brand awareness, and growth among provider, payer, and manufacturer audiences.

  • Partner closely with sales and account management teams to identify marketing needs and develop targeted campaigns, outreach strategies, and account-based initiatives.

  • Develop sales enablement tools, presentations, training resources, and other materials that help sales teams engage prospects and clearly communicate our value proposition.

  • Lead marketing support for field-based initiatives, including industry conferences, trade shows, webinars, continuing education programs, and other customer-facing events.

  • Develop targeted email, direct mail, and other outreach campaigns tailored to key B2B audiences and stages of the customer journey.

  • Manage multiple concurrent marketing initiatives from strategy through execution, ensuring clear objectives, timelines, stakeholder alignment, and on-time delivery.

  • Collaborate with marketing and business stakeholders on positioning and messaging to ensure consistency and relevance across B2B audiences.

  • Manage and optimize CRM and marketing automation activities, including lead and campaign tracking, reporting, dashboards, data quality, and sales adoption.

  • Monitor campaign and channel performance, translate data into actionable insights, and continuously optimize programs based on results.

  • Help develop scalable marketing processes, tools, and resources that improve collaboration between marketing and sales and support continued organizational growth.

Preferred



  • Healthcare experience, particularly within specialty pharmacy, infusion, pharma, health systems, managed care, or other provider-facing environments.

  • Experience marketing to providers, payers, pharmaceutical manufacturers, or other healthcare decision-makers.

  • Experience supporting field sales teams, account-based marketing, and/or geographically targeted growth initiatives.

  • Experience planning and supporting industry events, conferences, webinars, or educational programs.

  • Hands-on experience with Zoho CRM or similar CRM platforms.

  • Experience working within a multi-brand or multi-business-unit organization.


What Success Looks Like

Within the first 6–12 months, this person will have:



  • Built a more proactive and coordinated B2B marketing approach aligned with sales and organizational growth priorities.

  • Launched targeted campaigns that generate measurable engagement, leads, referrals, and/or sales opportunities across priority audiences.

  • Strengthened the partnership between marketing and sales, with clearer processes for identifying needs, launching initiatives, and tracking results.

  • Improved the quality, consistency, and adoption of sales enablement resources used by business development and account teams.

  • Established stronger CRM and campaign tracking practices that provide better visibility into lead sources, pipeline activity, and marketing contribution.

  • Created repeatable processes for field marketing, events, campaigns, and follow-up so that initiatives can scale across markets and business units.

  • Demonstrated the ability to independently manage multiple high-priority initiatives from idea through execution while maintaining quality and momentum.
