About WBR Insights
WBR Insights delivers client-sponsored research, content, digital campaigns, and audience-engagement programs. The team works with clients and internal partners to turn business objectives into campaigns that generate meaningful engagement and measurable results.
The Opportunity
WBR is looking for a proactive, organized B2B Marketing Associate to support client-facing campaigns for the Insights business. This role combines campaign execution, client communication, demand generation, and performance reporting. You will manage multiple projects at once, coordinate internal contributors, keep clients informed, and use campaign data to improve results.
This is a hands-on role for a marketer who enjoys moving between detailed execution and relationship management. You should be comfortable building email campaigns, coordinating paid and organic promotion, supporting account-based marketing, preparing client-ready updates, and ensuring every campaign is delivered accurately and on schedule.
What You Will Do
- Manage integrated campaigns: Coordinate end-to-end delivery of email, paid media, content syndication, account-based marketing, social, research, and event-related campaigns.
- Own campaign timelines: Build project plans, track milestones, manage dependencies, and keep internal teams and clients aligned on deliverables and deadlines.
- Support client success: Act as a day-to-day client contact, provide clear status updates, respond to questions, and help clients receive full value from each program.
- Execute demand-generation activity: Support campaigns designed to increase awareness, engagement, qualified leads, and revenue opportunities.
- Build and optimize email campaigns: Create and test HTML emails, review links and audience segments, maintain brand standards, and improve performance through testing and analysis.
- Measure performance: Monitor campaign delivery and engagement, prepare clear reports, identify risks or underperformance, and recommend practical adjustments.
- Coordinate cross-functional partners: Work closely with Sales, Insights, Marketing, Content, Product, Operations, Design, and external partners to deliver client commitments.
- Create client-ready materials: Develop campaign templates, presentations, reports, and other assets that clearly communicate plans, progress, and results.
- Support content and event visibility: Help integrate research and campaign content across social channels, digital products, and onsite event activity.
- Improve processes: Document repeatable workflows, identify delivery gaps, and help make campaign execution more efficient and consistent.
What Success Looks Like
- Campaigns are delivered accurately, on time, and in line with the agreed client scope.
- Clients receive clear communication, useful reporting, and a consistent experience throughout the campaign.
- Campaign results are monitored regularly, with risks identified early and recommendations supported by data.
- Internal teams understand priorities, ownership, and next steps.
- Email, paid, social, content, and event activity work together as one coordinated campaign.
- Processes, templates, and reporting become easier to repeat and scale.
What You Bring
- 2-3 years of B2B marketing, campaign management, customer success, account management, demand generation, or related experience.
- Experience supporting multi-channel campaigns, ideally within events, media, research, an agency, or a software or technology business.
- Confidence communicating directly with clients and coordinating multiple internal stakeholders.
- Experience with email marketing, social media, paid promotion, content marketing, product marketing, or account-based marketing.
- Familiarity with a customer relationship management system, marketing automation platform, and creative or presentation tools.
- Ability to read campaign data, identify useful insights, and turn them into practical next steps.
- Strong organization and attention to detail, with the ability to manage several parallel projects and deadlines.
- Clear written and verbal communication, including client-facing updates and presentations.
- Practical creative skills for building templates, presentations, campaign materials, and client-ready deliverables.
- A collaborative, accountable approach and a willingness to solve problems in a fast-moving environment.
Helpful, but Not Required
- Experience with HTML email production and quality checks.
- Experience with B2B events, market research, sponsored content, webinars, or lead-generation programs.
- Exposure to account-based marketing, audience segmentation, campaign testing, or performance dashboards.
- Experience supporting product launches, rebrands, or new client offerings.
What WBR Offers
- Health and financial benefits: Medical, dental, and vision coverage; FSA or HSA options; commuter benefits; and a 401(k) plan.
- Hybrid working: A balance of home and office working, with three days per week in the New York City office.
- Additional flexibility: Work-from-anywhere periods during August and the winter holiday period.
- Time away: Paid time off, sick leave, and wellbeing days.
- Development: Ongoing training, practical learning, and opportunities to grow within WBR.
