Job summary

Betterment is seeking a resourceful B2B Sr. Marketing Associate to execute growth strategies for our Betterment at Work line. You will own day-to-day campaigns across email, social, and webinars to build brand awareness, generate leads, and nurture prospects for our sales partners.

This NYC-based role offers base pay in a range listed and potential incentive bonus. This role is ideal for a B2B marketing generalist—comfortable building nurture flows, coordinating webinars, drafting email copy,

Qualifications

• 3+ years in B2B or SaaS marketing with hands-on campaign execution across multiple channels.
• Proficiency with marketing automation and CRM platforms (HubSpot and Salesforce a plus).
• Working knowledge of B2B tactics—email nurture, webinars, partnerships, social, events.
• Strong writing and editing skills; able to draft email and social copy.
• Experience managing creative and compliance review workflows.
• Strong project management and ability to manage multiple campaigns and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Build, optimize, and analyze email campaigns across channels.
• Develop marketing copy across email, social, and web with consistent brand voice.
• Coordinate asset development and approvals with creative, compliance, and partners.
• Support content strategy to grow inbound leads for enterprise sales.
• Manage webinar logistics, promotion, setup, and follow-up.
• Share regular updates on campaign performance and reports.
