Job Overview:
We are seeking a results-driven and tech-savvy B2B Lead Generation & Sales Specialist to join our amazing team. This role is ideal for someone with proven experience in both organic outreach (LinkedIn, email) and paid advertising (Facebook/Meta, Google Ads) who thrives on turning strategy into consistent sales opportunities.
You’ll work directly with our marketing and leadership teams to generate high-quality leads, optimize campaign performance, and drive revenue across multiple channels.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, build, and manage B2B lead generation campaigns via LinkedIn and email.
- Write and execute cold outreach sequences to generate qualified conversations.
- Launch and optimize paid lead generation campaigns on Facebook and Google.
- Conduct audience research and list building for targeted outreach.
- Track campaign performance and report on key KPIs (CPL, CTR, booked calls).
- Collaborate with the sales and creative teams to align messaging with offers.
- Stay up to date with the latest tools, trends, and outreach best practices.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in B2B lead generation or digital sales.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, cold email tools (e.g., Instantly, Apollo), and CRMs.
- Experience managing Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns.
- Strong writing skills for email and ad copy.
- Knowledge of funnel strategy, retargeting, and performance marketing.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple campaigns, and meet deadlines.
- Bonus: Experience with GoHighLevel, HubSpot, or similar sales automation tools.
