Job summary

HR India Solutions seeks a results-driven Lead Generation Specialist in the United States. You will identify corporate and staffing firm prospects, initiate contact via cold calling, LinkedIn Navigator, and personalized emails, and qualify opportunities for the leadership team.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in B2B lead generation or inside sales, with a proven track record across IT, Manufacturing, and BFSI, and excellent English communication. A laptop and reliable wifi are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in lead generation or inside sales in HR services or staffing (preferred).
• Exceptional verbal and written English skills.
• Own laptop and reliable wifi connection.
• Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRM is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Market intelligence: research and map potential corporate and staffing firm clients across IT, Manufacturing, and BFSI sectors.
• Outbound prospecting: initiate contact through cold calling, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and personalized email sequences.
• Value proposition: clearly communicate how HR India Solutions reduces attrition and improves hiring turnaround time.
• Lead qualification: qualify prospects based on hiring needs and budget, setting up high-quality meetings for leadership.
• CRM management: maintain a clean, updated pipeline of prospects and follow-up schedules.
