Job summary

RISE Financial is seeking an Insurance Sales Representative & Trainer in Sparks, NV. You will drive sales, prospect, and close deals while leading training sessions for new hires and existing staff.

This role combines hands-on sales with coaching, mentoring, and curriculum development. Travel within the region, access to a cell phone and CRM tools, and a base-wide compensation package with commissions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, ideally face-to-face, in insurance or financial services.
• Strong background in sales training or coaching with onboarding experience.
• Excellent communication, verbal and written, with motivational ability.
• Quick learner with ability to master sales processes and teach others.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with multitasking capability.
• Familiarity with sales technologies and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Sales Representation: engage in prospecting, networking, and closing deals to meet goals.
• Training & Development: lead comprehensive training sessions for new hires and existing team members.
• Coaching & Mentorship: provide ongoing guidance to refine skills and improve performance.
