Job summary

Rise Financial Group is seeking an Insurance Sales Representative & Trainer in Colorado to drive sales and lead the training of new and existing team members. The role blends field sales with instructional responsibilities to build a high-performing team.

You will prospect, network, and close deals while developing comprehensive training programs, coaching staff, and monitoring performance to raise results. In-person, full-time position with licensing support and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience, ideally in face-to-face environments within insurance or financial services.
• Strong background in sales training or coaching, with onboarding experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Growth mindset and quick learner with ability to teach processes to others.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple trainees or teams.
• Familiar with sales technologies and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Sell and close deals to meet individual and team sales goals.
• Lead training sessions for new hires and existing staff on sales processes.
• Coach and mentor sales staff to improve performance and outcomes.
• Monitor trainee progress and provide actionable feedback.
• Master company sales processes and translate into training modules and workshops.
• Collaborate with sales leadership to align on strategies and expectations.
