Rise Financial Group is seeking an Insurance Sales Representative & Trainer to drive sales and lead the training of new and existing team members. Qualifications

• Proven sales experience, preferably face-to-face in insurance/financial services.
• Strong background in sales training or coaching with onboarding track record.
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written, with ability to motivate others.
• Quick learner with growth mindset to master sales processes and teach them to others.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple trainees or teams.
• Comfortable using sales technologies and CRM systems to track progress.

Responsibilities

• Sales Representation: engage in prospecting, networking, and closing deals to meet goals.
• Training & Development: lead comprehensive training sessions for new hires and existing staff.
• Coaching & Mentorship: provide ongoing support to refine skills and improve performance.
• Performance Monitoring: track trainee progress and provide actionable feedback.
• Curriculum Mastery: translate processes into training modules and workshops.
• Team Collaboration: align strategies and expectations with sales leadership.
