Cleft of the Rock, Inc. is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to connect with decision-makers and build long-term client relationships in a remote/hybrid B2B sales model. You will visit client sites, present supplemental insurance options, and guide clients to secure solutions that fit their needs.

Qualifications

• Licensed or willing to obtain Health & Life license with reimbursement.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Comfort presenting to small groups and larger teams.

Responsibilities

• Meet face-to-face with business owners, managers, and employees in your territory.
• Lead presentations to groups (1–100+ employees).
• Build and maintain your own book of business.
• Follow up on leads, schedule appointments, and support clients.
