Job summary

TensorWave is seeking a Performance Marketing Intern to support acquisition and lifecycle marketing for our AI cloud infrastructure platform. You will craft technical ad and email copy, track lead generation, and audit competitor positioning across B2B channels to help scale our compute platform efficiently.

You will build weekly reports on CPL, CVR, and pipeline velocity, and manage CRM data, UTM tagging, and onboarding emails to ensure accurate conversion reporting.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or completing a degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business, or a quantitative field.
• Familiarity with B2B growth channels (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads) and core metrics (ROAS, CAC, CPL, pipeline value).
• Ability to write clear, accurate copy for a highly technical target audience without fluff or marketing clichés.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel for data cleaning, basic analysis, and reporting.
• Strong attention to data hygiene and tracking link accuracy.
• Curiosity and drive to learn AI infrastructure concepts and marketing tools.

Responsibilities

• Write ad copy variants targeting developers, AI engineers, and tech founders across Google Search, LinkedIn, and developer-focused channels.
• Build weekly performance reports tracking CPL, landing page CVR, and pipeline velocity.
• Draft, test, and QA email campaigns within the CRM, including product updates and onboarding sequences.
• Monitor lead tracking, UTM consistency, and CRM lead scoring data for clean reporting.
• Audit competitor pricing, messaging, and positioning in AI compute and cloud infra markets.
