Job summary

Marsden Services invites a results-driven Business Development Executive to drive new B2B revenue across northern Illinois and the greater Chicago area. You will focus on networking, prospecting, and presenting programs to potential clients in facility management sectors.

This role emphasizes uncapped commission potential, rigorous onboarding, career advancement, and paid vacation/holidays. Normal hours are observed with occasional events outside typical times.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of B2B experience in a service-oriented industry.
• Experience in cold-calling and meeting sales targets.
• Proven ability to build and maintain a customer network.

Responsibilities

• Generate new revenue and meet sales targets.
• Prospect and qualify opportunities; conduct meetings and presentations.
• Build and maintain your customer network of property and facility management pros.
• Follow our sales cadence; report prospecting activity weekly.
• Maintain CRM for sales pipeline tracking and reporting.
• Support National Accounts with strategic sales initiatives.
• Engage in local trade organizations in northern Illinois/ Chicagoland.
