Job Description:

We are seeking an energetic and self-motivated Field Sales Representative to help us grow our presence in local businesses such as gas stations, retail stores, catering, restaurants, and other small businesses. This is a field-based role with direct outreach and relationship building at its core.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach potential B2B customers for Earth Cleanse products.

• Conduct door-to-door sales visits across Bay Area neighborhoods and business districts.

• Educate businesses on our product line—highlighting eco-benefits, affordability, and quality.

• Maintain records of visits, orders, feedback, and follow-ups.

• Deliver samples and assist with first orders as needed.

• Report progress and customer insights to the sales lead.

Ideal Candidate:

• Prior experience in field sales, door-to-door sales, or B2B product pitching is preferred.

• Strong communication and persuasion skills.

• Self-driven and comfortable working independently in the field.

• Passionate about sustainability, wellness, and eco-friendly solutions.

• Must have reliable transportation and be willing to travel locally within the Bay Area.

• Basic familiarity with Google Sheets/CRM tools is a plus.
