Devine Business Group is seeking a Field Sales Professional in California to build relationships with business owners and managers while delivering tailored supplemental insurance solutions. This independent contractor role emphasizes autonomy, ongoing mentorship, and a results-driven environment.

You will manage a territory with a compensation structure that includes weekly draw pay plus uncapped commissions and bonuses, with a Monday–Friday schedule and occasional weekends.

Qualifications

• Licensed in Health & Life, or willing to obtain your state Health & Life producer license (training and reimbursement provided)
• 5+ years of post-high school professional experience, or Bachelor's degree with relevant work experience
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and resilient in a performance-based environment
