Surface Experts - Garland-Rockwall is seeking a Sales Representative to build relationships with property management and facilities teams, educating them on capabilities and earning trust through a consultative, metrics-driven approach.

You will engage 14–20 prospects daily, conduct on-site visits, and follow a structured CRM-based process to move leads to sales while contributing to team growth and customer satisfaction. Training and advancement opportunities are included.

Qualifications

• Goal-oriented, self-starter, coachable/teachable, ambitious, and energetic.
• Strong track record of closing new business, preferably B2B sales.
• Licensed to operate a passenger car and have a clean driving record.
• Professional, caring and service-minded.
• Readiness to work with a metrics-based, process-driven sales team.

Responsibilities

• Meet with 14-20 contacts a day through on-site visits, phone calls and emails.
• Educate customers about Surface Experts capabilities and build trust.
• Maintain and expand existing customer relationships.
• Follow the sales process: document activities in CRM and track from lead to sale.
• Plan and execute a sales strategy for the territory.
• Report data daily/weekly.
