Job summary

Waters Corporation is seeking an eProcurement Integration Specialist in Milford, MA to support B2B integration projects from kickoff through go-live. You will coordinate onboarding, testing, issue resolution, and post-launch support for Waters’ digital commerce programs, while collaborating with Sales, IT, and external partners.

The role emphasizes a customer-focused mindset, strong technical aptitude, and disciplined follow-through across cross-functional teams and vendors.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience supporting eProcurement, eCommerce, B2B integration, customer onboarding, implementation, sales operations, services, or IT projects.
BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
Strong project coordination skills with timelines, deliverables, risks, and stakeholder communication.
Understanding of digital commerce and B2B integration concepts (punchout catalogs, cXML, EDI, APIs, order/invoice flows).
Ability to troubleshoot business or technical process issues and communicate resolutions clearly.
Strong written and verbal communication with a customer-focused mindset.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and execute eProcurement integration projects and customer onboarding activities, including setup, testing, go-live readiness and post-launch support.
Manage multiple mid-size eProcurement or B2B integration workstreams with clear priorities and timelines.
Partner with Sales, IT, Customer Ops, Product Management, customers, and vendors to gather requirements and deliver milestones.
Support testing and troubleshooting for punchout catalogs, order/invoice automation, EDI, cXML, XML, APIs, and related flows.
Document integration requirements, test outcomes, configurations, and standard operating procedures.
Facilitate working sessions and project meetings with procurement, technical resources, and cross-functional teams.
Monitor progress, risks, blockers, and dependencies; escalate and propose solutions to keep projects moving.
Collaborate with product managers to stay current on Waters digital commerce capabilities and improve processes, templates, and customer experience.
Provide second- or third-level customer-facing support with triage and root-cause analysis when needed.
