Sales Focus Inc. is seeking an Outside Sales Representative – B2B Energy Sales to grow our deregulated energy client base in the United States. You will engage business owners and decision makers, educate them on fixed-rate energy solutions, and close deals to build a robust book of business.

No prior sales experience required; training provided. This full-time W-2 role offers base pay plus uncapped commissions and strong earning potential with paid training, holidays, PTO, and a 401K plan.

Qualifications

• Strong communication with clients and ability to present solutions clearly.
• Self-motivated with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Comfortable engaging customers in residential neighborhoods.
• Reliable transportation to travel to business locations.

Responsibilities

• Speak with business owners/decision makers about Fixed Rate Deregulated Energy.
• Educate customers on available energy solutions.
• Help business owners select the right energy services.
