B2B Digital Growth & Marketing Automation Manager

Location: Remote
Type: Full-Time
Compensation: 10 12 lakhs per annum
Includes 70% fixed + 30% performance-based variable. Quarterly accelerator bonus available for exceeding targets.

Role Overview

We are looking for a sharp, hands-on digital marketer who can own and run Catallyst’s digital revenue engine. You will drive lead generation and brand growth across LinkedIn, email, and paid media — powered heavily by AI automation tools. You’ll work directly with the MD to ensure a full-funnel growth strategy is implemented, with the goal of generating 20+ qualified meetings per month and building 25–30 Cr in qualified pipeline annually.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Execute outbound campaigns to over 500 ideal client prospects every week using tools like Dripify and Apollo. Campaigns should achieve a minimum of 12% connection rates and be personalized using ChatGPT or similar AI tools.
  • Manage and enrich prospect data using platforms like Lusha or ZoomInfo, ensuring zero bounce rates and high-quality lead scoring via HubSpot workflows.
  • Plan and run always-on LinkedIn advertising campaigns with a target Cost Per Lead (CPL) of 250 or lower.
  • Produce two thought-leadership posts and one gated content asset per month, working closely with subject matter experts. Aim for a 30% conversion rate from download to sales-qualified lead.
  • Maintain a real-time marketing dashboard with key funnel metrics. Run two A/B tests monthly to continually optimize performance.
  • Strategically grow LinkedIn engagement for both Catallyst’s corporate page and the Managing Director’s profile, aiming for +100% year-over-year follower growth and visibility among C-suite audiences.

Who We’re Looking For

We’re seeking someone with 5 to 8 years of experience in B2B demand generation or digital marketing, especially in the services or SaaS space. You should have previously built or managed a pipeline of at least 20 Cr per year and have full-funnel ownership experience.

You should be fluent in using platforms such as Dripify, Apollo, Lusha, HubSpot, GA4, and AI content tools like ChatGPT or Jasper. A solid understanding of copywriting, performance metrics (like SQLs and CPL), and executive-level communication is essential.

Bonus Points If You Have:

  • Experience working in consulting, HR tech, learning and development, or digital transformation sectors.
  • Familiarity with intent platforms such as 6sense or Bombora.

Success Metrics (KPIs)

  • Minimum of 20 qualified meetings (SQLs) per month.
  • At least 30 Cr of pipeline generated per year.
  • CPL of 250 or lower via email and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Minimum of 60% of all touchpoints to be automated.
  • LinkedIn follower growth of 100% annually across both company and leadership profiles.
