Job summary

Global Rescue is seeking a Manager of Marketing Demand Generation to drive B2B partner lead generation and nurture campaigns. You will oversee webinars, develop partner collateral, and coordinate cross-functionally to align campaigns with business goals.

You will manage the Events Specialist, ensure event success, and deliver robust performance reporting. This role expects 3–5 years in marketing, strong analytics, and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3-5 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably B2B demand/lead generation.
• Experience with marketing segmentation and webinar platforms.
• Strong skills in campaign reporting and analytics.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
• Ability to travel as needed for the role.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute demand generation strategy to acquire partners and drive pipeline.
• Lead webinars, nurture campaigns, and partner-facing collateral development.
• Oversee Events Specialist for trade shows and partner events.
• Track KPIs, build dashboards, and share insights with stakeholders.
• Coordinate with sales, marketing, and operations to align campaigns.
• Provide onsite staffing for tradeshows and events when required.
