You will interact with customers to address inquiries, coordinate orders, and collaborate with Sales, Production and Supply Chain to ensure on-time delivery and accurate processing. The role emphasizes process excellence and growth opportunities within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years in a customer service role within manufacturing or B2B environments.
• Sales experience is a plus and bilingualism is an asset.
• Strong computer skills with Microsoft Office and email platforms.

Responsibilities

• Respond to pricing, product availability, order status and delivery inquiries.
• Enter and manage orders across channels, monitor status and back-orders.
• Collaborate with Sales, Production and Supply Chain to meet service standards.
• Identify sales opportunities and prepare quotations; upsell where appropriate.
• Maintain accurate and timely customer communications and documentation.
