Job summary

ContiTech, a ContiTech USA, Inc. enterprise, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support manufacturing and supply chain operations in a fast-paced B2B environment. You will be the primary contact for inquiries, orders, returns, and delivery coordination across North America.

You will collaborate with manufacturing plants, logistics teams, planners, and sales to ensure timely, accurate service and order fulfillment. A proactive, detail-oriented mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• 1 year experience in customer service or customer operations.
• Experience in high-volume customer service environment preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for inquiries, orders, returns, claims, refunds, and delivery requests.
• Build strong customer relationships by providing timely, accurate, and professional service.
• Communicate proactively regarding order status, shipment updates, delays, and product availability.
• Resolve customer concerns while maintaining a positive customer experience.
• Manage inbound calls, emails, and customer communications through CRM and telephony systems.
• Create, update, and maintain customer cases and records in company systems.
• Process orders accurately and ensure compliance with procedures.
• Coordinate order changes, delivery requests, and escalation activities.
• Collaborate with manufacturing plants, logistics teams, planners, and sales to support customer requirements.
• Expedite production and shipments to meet deadlines.
• Investigate order delays and identify solutions balancing customer needs with operations.
