Job summary

Performance Food Group is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to manage all current and past due balances for assigned customers in Englewood, CO. You will monitor corporate accounts, document notes in Corp 400/AS 400, and assist cash applications while collaborating across teams.

We value strong Excel skills (pivot, vlookup), clear communication, and experience with B2B collections. High school diploma required; associate's degree preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Intermediate Excel with pivot tables, vlookups, filters, and basic formulas.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• B2B collections experience.
• Comfortable talking on the phone with clients daily.

Responsibilities

• Monitor large and/or complex customer accounts and collect on a timely basis.
• Document notes in Corp 400/AS 400 during calls to record items.
• Review accounts on hold to determine appropriate actions.
• Update Sales on customer status and communicate by phone, email, and in person as needed.
• Provide assistance to Cash Application Specialists regarding customer contacts and payments.
• Access hard copy customer files and perform related duties as assigned.
