About this role

Catalyst is looking for a well-rounded, ambitious content strategist to help build and scale executive thought leadership programs. By joining our small but mighty content agency, you'll be instrumental in developing powerful personal brands for some of today's most influential founders and executives.

In this role, you will:

* Produce high-quality, authoritative content on behalf of executive clients

* Juggle multiple executive relationships and content calendars

* Research clients, their industries, and emerging market trends

* Master and adopt each executive's unique voice and tone

* Help establish best practices for our growing content team

* Own client projects from interview to publication

* Work within and improve our content systems

* Collaborate with executives in a highly iterative environment

* Drive measurable growth in audience and engagement

* Analyze performance metrics and optimize strategies

To qualify for this role, you have:

* 2+ years of content marketing experience with a portfolio showcasing thought leadership work

* Experience in B2B (i.e. fintech, Web3, venture capital, enterprise software)

* Stellar content sensibilities, from high-level strategy to in-the-weeds execution

* Outstanding attention to detail, whether researching markets or crafting hooks

* Consistently go the extra mile to take content from good to great

* Communicate with precision, clarity, honesty, and low ego

* Looking to be part of a fast-paced, startup-like environment

* Can balance excellence with urgency and speed

* Comfortable navigating ambiguous projects

* Open to receiving and quick to action constructive feedback
