Buildout is seeking a Content Marketing Manager to shape our content strategy across the CRE buyer journey and revenue goals. You’ll blend strong writing with creative formats, from articles to short-form video, and leverage AI to accelerate output while maintaining editorial judgment.

You’ll partner with product marketing, demand gen, sales, and subject-matter experts to build awareness, trust, and pipeline. This remote role emphasizes strategic execution.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in B2B content marketing, editorial, brand, or related role.
• Strong writing and editing ability with clear subject delivery.
• Experience creating content for a defined B2B audience/ICP.
• Comfortable interviewing customers and executives.
• Working knowledge of SEO and content discovery.
• Hands-on experience with generative AI in workflows.
• Ability to create basic visual assets independently.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a content strategy aligned to priorities and revenue goals.
• Identify high-value topics from insights and market trends.
• Manage editorial roadmap across channels and buyer stages.
• Write and edit content in formats including articles, stories, email, and web content.
• Collaborate with designers or agencies for larger projects.
