Armada is seeking a Content and Social Media Manager to own the content calendar, publishing cadence, and reporting across all channels, with LinkedIn as the priority. You will build scalable production processes, manage external partners, and leverage AI tools to speed up content while preserving brand voice.

You will work with cross-functional teams and report to the VP of Brand and Creative, partnering with contract creatives and stakeholders to translate strategy into high-quality execution.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in content marketing and social media for B2B firms.
• Proven ability to scale content programs from strategy to steady-state.
• Hands-on publishing, reporting, and employee advocacy experience.
• Strong LinkedIn know-how for B2B audiences.
• Excellent writing and editing within a brand voice.
• Fluency with AI tools in content production workflows.

Responsabilités

• Own the content and social calendar across channels with LinkedIn focus.
• Build and document scalable content production processes.
• Manage publishing, listening, reporting, and employee advocacy via Sprout Social.
• Collaborate with brand leadership and ops to source stories.
• Coordinate designers, writers, and video partners under VP direction.
• Develop AI-assisted content workflows using Claude and related tools.
• Track monthly content performance and adjust plans.
• Suggest data-backed content strategy improvements.
